Oyo Hotel Playa Del Carmen, Playa del Carmen

During my stay at Oyo Hotel Playa Del Carmen, I faced significant issues. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was no longer affiliated with OYO, leading to my booking being unhonored. On the bright side, the hotel's location is fantastic, just minutes away from the beach and the ADO bus station. However, the overall experience was marred by poor communication and service. 😔🏝️

While the location was excellent—just a couple of blocks from the ADO terminal and close to the beach—the service and facilities left a lot to be desired.
